turbolyx.com MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (IV) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless turbolyx.com and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on or made available through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. 9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

turbolyx.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
